This Hotel and Residential Condo Towers are located in Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu city, (zone B8 of the map of Mactan) next to Shangrila's Mactan Island Resort. Approximately 10 minutes from the country's 2nd largest airport the Mactan International Airport. This project is developed by Goldland Phillipines Corporation.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- RESERVATION DEPOSIT - P 100,000.00 per unit which shall form part of the downpayment.
- CASH TERMS - 10% Discount payable within 30 days from reservation date and with post dated cheque.
- DEFERRED TERM - 30% Downpayment payable in monthly installments at 30, 60, 90 days from reservation date, with post dated cheques........70% Balance payable in 33 equal monthly installments with post dated cheques at zero interest.
- All cheques must be payable to Goldland Philippines Corporation.
